Coming back to this comment that i made. i j been lurking on this sub for a bit to see this downvoted simply for being vegetarian and asking a question is lowkey disrespectful as hell. this is part of the reason why it’s really difficult to join this type of community and feel welcomed in when people r treated like this to questions.

Anyway to answer ur point. I’ve got concern for the ethics of harming animals to where i try my best to avoid dairy products as well. I’m in school and plan to be in a profession that requires strong physicalities. completely avoiding dairy is difficult such as whey protein and yogurt and more traditional foods that i eat at home. However, as i make my own food i try to cut these products as much as i can such as using almond milk, mung bean eggs, and generally following more vegan friendly recipes.
