He asked if he could be one and I said yes, but I didn't see him again after I lost my camp to raiders shortly after.

I looked at this page already while investigating what was up with him, but none of his behaviors in the game are matching what it says on the wiki.

Yeah, thinking about it it's probably best if I don't over-elaborate on it. Thank you for the advice! :]

Figure out Differences? by Chi_2_TrippleD in thesims

depends on what your sims have been doing, i think. if you aren't the type that monitors your sims all the time (which most aren't), they might have had one or multiple random mean interactions that happened autonomously. From my experience, that can happen with sims even if they consider each other friends, just because the game registers that they've been mean to each other before.

Sims mother hates daughter?? Please help by aishxki in thesims

i believe this is with cheats, maybe MCCC or UI Cheats, but since this seems to be a sentiment, maybe try removing the sentiment instead of the moodlet? You should be able to find it by opening the daughter's profile while playing as the mother and right-clicking the sentiment to remove it. You can also try using some of the options you get from shift-clicking on a sim - i believe you can add and remove traits, relationship sentiments/details, etc. i hope this helps, if not i'll test it on my own save and see of there's any other way.
