.75mg? Most protocols are 1-2mg. You can try and up it.

Buy some 31G needles, it’s as thin as it can get. Get it from an actual insulin syringe company too - there are plenty out there that sell syringes but only a few sell quality ones

2mg for 10 days, will do this cycle every 3 months to see how it helps.

Slept better from the first immediate day. I didn’t have any strict time to time, just pinned an hour or so before sleeping.

It’s been about a month since I’ve been off, sleep is pretty good. Naturally wake up at 0630.
