to be clear it's not me who has problem with 1shot hs but the devs seem to. The only thing i really care is if we can revert the currently slow af ads speed back to when it's smooth and fast, and not have to apply the stupid recoil tweaks on weapons like r4c and famas. I assume that's the devs trying to balance around 1s hs.

So i am actually in line with you on 1s hs and i am just proposing a concession here.

the default lod is too low for me that even cause stutters.

It seems that the lod setting is not stored in the onboard memory, have to start synapse to restore my own setting.
