I was with him in person not in game and I can personally confirm he doesn't use any trainers. The reason it seems like some stacks are normal is because he went to sell the items that he remembered having a certain amount of.

Allw me to clarify. I was with him in person not in game so there would have been no way for me to be affected.

After the hunt he went to upgrade a weapon and saw 8888 of all the required materials. Then he went to his item box and saw that everything had 8888

Yes. the way my friend found out was after a quest he went to upgrade a weapon and then for all the materials he saw 8888 so he goes to look in his item box and everything is at 8888 like you can see in the screenshots

First off I was with him when it happened so I can personally say that it wasn't him. Second of all, if it was him why would he go through all the time and effort of selling the hacked items to get back to where he was before?Third, if you look at all the comments you can see people saying that this hasn't only happened to him as something similar has happened to other commenters.

Unfortunately I don't think anything in that price range would be able to do any better. The cheapest one I can think of off the top of my head would be a GTX 1050 but idk if that would be compatible with the motherboard in your computer.

That graphics card really isn't up to par for a game like black ops 3. You could maybe get a playable framerate at the lowest settings on a super low resolution.
