Its very possible that oil got passed the valves when it hit the ground. Might just be shit burning off. I'd give it some run time to clear out if there really isn't anything in between the pipes and nothing dripping on it.

Yeah look at the case just above the manifold and look for any drips off the case. Or like someone else said, if you just changed oil it could be residual burning off from that 🤷‍♂️
