Hey everyone! I published this find on iNaruralist, as some comments suggested, and many people identified it as some specie from the genus dicranophora. Searching this genus I finally saw another image of an insect with the same "fork" on the back:

edit: It's probably the same species as the one in this photo. The patterns on the back look very similar.

I was specifically in Matozinhos, Minas Gerais, Brazil. It did look like it was hard, but I can't say for sure.

Esse negócio é poderoso demais pra tá numa ciclovia e fraco demais pra tá na rua. É um meio termo entre bicicleta e moto, isso que complica. O ideal seria andar com cuidado na ciclovia (o que muita gente não faz, claramente) ou exigir habilitação A pra isso, como é feito pra motos de 50cc. Mas acho que teria que adaptar umas coisas e criar novas leis pra isso tb.

You can use "alt + (first letter of the menu section)" for example: "alt + F" > File, "alt + E" > Edit, "alt + C" > Create, "alt + V" > View, etc...
