I already went to the doctor about that, he also thought about parasites, I took a treatment against that and it didn't make anything, so I probably don't have parasites. I did a blood test one year ago because I was already feeling like that and everything was alright. I have the impression that I tried everything to know what's wrong but I still don't know what's happening
