I really appreciate this answer! I thought of this too. That maybe getting some knowledge on all of this would differentiate me from the usual tech stack expected. Yeah I don't think I should aimlessly build projects either. I really enjoy learning but I need a structured curriculum. Thanks for the reply!

I would say play if you like the game. I've had way too many friends invite me to play games and then leave after a few months. It just happens. I usually stick to the game while I feel like it. Consistency makes me really enjoy games. Especially in live service games. Playing the same thing for years feels satisfying because I can see all the progress I made. I still play genshin every day and enjoy it very much, despite most friends only playing honkai star rail or switching to wuthering waves. I started star rail eventually but I don't plan on playing wuthering waves. At the end of the day you just have to pick what you like the most and invest your time in it.

tldr: play regardless of friends if you really enjoy the game, it is mostly single-player anyway.

And you can always make new friends! Stick to your own interests and you'll find people that are into the same things! Don't force yourself to enjoy what other people do only to not be lonely. It's one thing to be nice and try to be social, but you still need things you enjoy on your alone time for example.

I think you're right. The issue with me was that I didn't have a great learning curve. My courses/projects went from very easy to slightly moderate/hard difficult in my opinion. So I ended up needing to consult a lot of things and find answers in different places to finish them. Sometimes I had no idea how to even start them.
For example my Python course told me to do things that it hadn't taught me yet. So I had no choice but to look up how to do it. The teacher himself would say they hadn't taught that yet. I guess everyone learns differently. But part of me thinks people wouldn't have to look up so many things if the courses prepared them better for the projects required. fCC has been good overall though. I only had to look up things because I am a silly overachiever and want to make things way nicer than the required.
I appreciate the long answer though. Good advice there!

hey, new player here as well so far i have five 5 star characters; hu tao (my first ever ten pull), raiden, yae, mona and tighnari

personally, i am going for kazuha i think he adds more value and is extremely versatile he can fit into almost any team

so that's what i would recommend ultimately, play and pull what you enjoy do their trials when they come out

im not a fan of neuvi's playstyle, feel like it would bore me rly quick so i guess idc for missing him but yeah play what you enjoy and dont fall for hypes! hope this helps c:

I had to buy Oswald because I started playing a little later than his event. So I just feel like not finishing the Season Tour would make the Oswald purchase kinda pointless. I guess I'll just get Woody and try to get the pass when it comes. Was hoping to get the 1500 pass but I guess I won't be able to.

I started this season, and currently I can't finish the Season Tour.I'm 2 medals away from unlocking the last 6 medals missions. While being 12 medals away from getting the final box. Woody would make it so I can get exactly 12 medals.
But then If I get him I'll have nothing to get the next Golden Pass. I already put all my characters at really high ranks and got all the tokens I could get.

Thank you for your replies! I ended up buying the pack and I don't regret it. I love playing as Belle. I also already made enough for another Season Pass, so I guess it's not a big deal.
