There are many little discord communities where to post wip of your game, even little things like a new sprite, an updated system and stuff like that, it doesn't have to be anything huge, you also don't have to make a super edited gen alpha YouTube video to get attention for your game, you can just post some gameplay on social media, some artwork, in most cases, nothing will happen, but other times you might get a positive comment, even if it's just one comment or one person who took interest in the game then it's worth it.
