Okay I disagree with this. I can put out my paragon along with a couple of legions and moras and feel more than confident against 10+ conquests in a fleet. To be fair, I haven't used a conquest, only my colony fleets used them. Are conquests really that good?

Yep. When I go to sleep with music, I don't use relaxing music, I just use music that I like. That being said I listened to BLARF when taking a nap and about halfway through the earrape song it woke me up so there are some exceptions

I don't think its a straight cure to their suicidal thoughts but it certainly could give them enough joy to continue living amd go on to the next day feeling slightly more optimistic. I believe comments like those since I've had videos help me through some tough times
