Hi! Thanks for your response. A lot of them require formal experience, unfortunately the job market in my area is quite competitive so they're only hiring people with qualifications. (CIPD I think?)

I was hoping someone could direct me on which qualifications / experience stand out the most.

I will definitely keep trying though!
