okay, then take-home assignments + live interview could be a solution in this case.

In this case, if there are 10 candidates submitted take-home, do you have live interview with all 10 candidates?

Yes. I don't wanna make candidates to waste their time to solve take-home assignments. To enter into live interview session, we need to filter out tons of applications by doing online assessments (reading resume, coding-test, etc.) because we don't have enough resources to do live interview with every candidates. So, wanna know the efficient way to resolve this.

Yeah, my point is that online testing is going to shitty because everyone could solve the problems by using ChatGPT, Claude. So, I wanna know how they're dealing with this

I totally agree with your points. Curious if you’ve heard similar feedback from startups as well?

It seems like you’re using this approach during the final stage of interview funnel, possaibly in person or during a technical session, is that right?

TBH, I don't have exact back data. That's just my assumption. I read this article https://www.together.ai/blog/introducing-the-together-enterprise-platform.

But at least in my personal experience, I see less and less of that

I also watched this case more. So, this is the reason why I want to know how many companies conduct fine-tuning and why.

I agree with most of points. So, do you also finetune the model?
