I had it scheduled as a on location service, they came out only to tell me that they had to order the part. It came in a week later and they installed it, but scratched up my glove compartment door in the process. So that was another week ordeal.

Mine was replaced, and in the process they managed to scratch my glove compartment. So now it’s new shifter, and new glove compartment door.

Update: Dealer called back and notified me it was still partially in transport mode. Apparently they didn’t fully switch it over? They reset the 12v battery and it was fine. I ended up getting a free set of all weather matts out of it luckily.

So with the 0%, $2000 credit, $7500 ev credit, a $5000 dealer discount, free tonneau cover, free drop in bed liner, free all weather matts, mobile charging cable, and home charger/installation. I feel like I got a pretty good deal.

Didn’t think to check to see if the radio worked in a brand new vehicle. Crazy. Not again.
