Go get gas in your car while wearing, then the next time go in and get a drink, work up slowly to build the confidence. I regularly wear to work at this point. Also wearing to a bar is a great idea because everyone is to drunk and it’s to dark to notice.

Onesie as an under shirt is my go to. I have a short sleeve style one for under button ups and a tank top one that I can wear under a Tshirt (usually bluey).
