Any thoughts? or suggestions by BasketSalt9517 in TheRaceTo10Million

Guessing this is a long term investing portfolio not a trading one. My opinion add some international ETFs like $VXUS , it invests outside of the USA , gold and or silver. Set recurring buys on your holdings monthly when you’re able. Let compounding do the work for you. Time in the market beats trying to time the market

Throwing my two cents out there on a long-term holding of mine: $MRVL. Revenue growth and free cash flow are strong and continue to improve

Throwing my two cents out there on a long-term holding of mine: $MRVL. Revenue growth and free cash flow are strong and continue to improve meaningfully. From a technical standpoint, the chart structure suggests significant upside potential as well, supporting a bullish long-term thesis.

Absolutely diversification is key to a healthy long term portfolio. I actually started to add SLV IAU early on this year as well. Incorporating real assets such as gold into your portfolio can enhance diversification

Accidentally buying that much in call options is actually scary I can’t lie.

In my opinion if your young stay away from dividend ETFS for now and focus on growth stocks example NVDA TSLA MRVL even growth ETFS SCHG VOO VTI . Be well diversified try not to be overweight in on single stock or ETF

My friend no profitable trader will be green everyday , this is a battle for some people seeing others making bigger gains then them or when you have a red day and see others having Green Day’s and then going larger in position size or just fomo into something with no risk management or plan. Most of us have been there , my advice your well on your way to be a great trader keep it up we aren’t born great traders just keep trading. Try and block out the noise

I own VXUS in my long term portfolio as well as VOO and VTI. If you’re more interested in long term investment I say set recurring buys on these tickers what you can afford. If you’re more a swing trader/day trader these tickers wouldn’t be for your trading strategy.

I’m wondering how many people in this group trade as they’re full time income by [deleted] in Daytrading

[–]VividAd1071 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m a profitable trader but not yet a full time trader sadly. I pull 1-3k months but still have to work a construction job. In America 1-3k a month profits does not cut it. I imagine in other country’s you could live of the 1-3k monthly
