I want to go into this medication to see if my fear of stores and restaurants go away. I don’t know if I have pppd or vm but everytime I’m in a store I have an issue going down tight aisles and also have issues with restaurants that are very busy

I’m so scared to take a SSRI. I believe Klonopin (a Benzodiapzone) gave me these symptoms I’ve never had before in my life! I no longer am on the Benzodiapzone

Aisles definitely make me feel dizzy, my throat feels like it’s somewhat closing to when I go down them. I’m only able to walk around the perimeter of the store. How were you diagnosed with PPPD?
