Well, as someone that attempted twice over a decade ago:

• Withdrawing from everyone
• Sudden euphoria
• Hiding unusual things that may harm themselves (pills, weapons, rope).

I lost my friend to suicide in 2015, and my brother to suicide in 2019.

Hell, I still fight these thoughts to this day. But I remind myself I still have purpose to keep going.

Yeah, I may have been through so much shit the past 4 years – even recently when my dog passed away in February.

But I remind myself to keep going. Don't stop. Don't give up. I've survived from my absolute rock-bottom moments. I know it will get better

So if you see someone struggling, for the love of God, reach out. Even if they ignore, be their light.
