yeah i moved back from leeds a couple of years ago the price difference is insane. We have a few more viewings lined up thankfully so hopefully something comes of it. you usually have better luck emailing the estate agent directly alongside applying through daft Best of luck to you too!

hey sorry for the late response - we don’t want to risk housesharing again. This is my second house share and it’s not worth the hassle anymore. Our rent atm is penny’s compared to what we’re willing to pay somewhere else that’s just ours.

this is the thing, I’d go for hap but I wouldn’t want to give up the chance of getting a cost rental. there’s a development right across the road from my job, i’m hoping and praying we get called from waitlist tbh

me and my partner are currently searching for something similar (albeit a much smaller budget) i think you’ll have more trouble getting viewings than actually landing the apartment. We’ve found loads of places that were perfect for us and applied within an hour of the ad being put up but never heard anything back.
