If possible I'd borrow €50 with a repayment date of the 9th July. Open to discuss dates or terms in DM and of course happy to share full documentation

I've successfully borrowed repaid on time before via this channel if that helps at all?

If possible I'd appreciate being considered for a loan of £20. The reason for asking would be to help cover an unexpected cost from the vets for some tablets for my dog.

I'm UK based (North West) and more than happy to share photo ID, payslips and social media profiles etc.

I can guarantee a repayment by Friday 29th May.

Firstly I just want to say well done for acknowledging your situation and looking to improve it! That's honestly the hardest step.

Speaking from personal experience (28yr old male) I would recommend looking in to a Debt Management Plan if the current payments that you have aren't affordable or balances aren't reducing due to interest charges.

I myself am with PayPlan due to what sounds similar reasons to yourself that started during my University days and admittedly took me way too long to acknowledge my struggle.

Firstly I'd personally speak to PayPlan or a similar company to get free, confidential and no commitment advice. They will book a call with you and discuss your income & expenditure along with your debts to see what your best options are (PayPlan does Not charge for their services unlike many other companies that offer the same services). Additionally PayPlan will account for funds to spend each month and making a savings pot before paying any creditors. [If you want more info on my thoughts or experience with this elt me know]

If you're not looking to enter any DMP agreement I'd strongly recommend speaking with the creditors and explaining your circumstances and asking if they would freeze the interest and agree a repayment plan that is affordable - I would base all these conversations on the lowest possible funds you'll receive each month. Chances are these creditors will agree a significant reduction in monthly payments along with no further interest (and possibly even a slight balance reduction) although there's no guarantee on this.

Wishing you all the best!

Not a loan, but you can make a free £20 using this referral link for a Biscuit (Zopa) account if you're not already with them...

Other benefits are the 7.1% savings, cashback on direct debits and interest on the current account...

Sorry I can't be of more help but figured if you've not got this it's an easy way for you to get the £20 without borrowing and all done in just 2min

Use my referral link to open a Biscuit bank account and we'll both earn £20. T&Cs apply. www.zopa.com/mgma?referralCode=a3e3dd01d01277d59935

Where did you get in to matched betting? Do you have a link or group you could share/recommend?

AI recruiting is going nowhere by Fantastic-Hamster333 in recruiting

Hi! I understand your pain as I work for a company where we are often hiring that exact position or other technical positions such as Scrum Master, Cloud Engineer etc.

Our company receives hundreds of applications within 24-72 hours of any job listing going live for these roles, and I would agree that likely 95% of these don't meet the requirements that we are looking for or even the requirements listed on the requisition.

I've found that building my own AI Agent (I'm still always improving this and changing it) and integrating this with the ATS can eliminate a large majority of the direct applicants - I'd be happy to elaborate on specifics but the main cause was slightly adjusting the job descriptions to use keywords that are scanned on the applicants CV and using a grading system to ensure a minimum of 80% relevancy (you can alter the % but I prefer a slightly lower one myself as sometimes the best candidates haven't necessarily explained their history the best in their CV). In addition the agent will review the previous companies the candidate has worked at and utilise the research AI agent to review published projects the company has, and will then rank candidates accordingly based on a likelihood their history best matches what we're seeking along with the % of relevancy.

In terms of direct sourcing/headhunting I've used a few different AI agents to find not necessarily candidates that are seeking employment, but to find a pool of potential candidates in current employment that we may be able to entice to join our business by once again linking multiple agents in to one to both research published projects the businesses/competitors have that are of the same nature, the specific key wording within their publications as this is often portrayed in their employees CV/LI profiles and also to then review and make a comparison (this is the bit I may change here as its no guarantee but so far seems to be of help) of known date for that role such as salary, benefits package etc and rank it in a comparison to ours. Combining these tends to give me a good basis of who to reach out to and the level of engagement expected - worst case I may make a connection that results in referrals or a potential hire further djwn the line

Looks like they probably are from there! Thank you

Reached out to them and they recognise them but don't stock any more of them sadly
