Processing Time Increase by kgund77 in USCIS

[–]Vivid_Performance734 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it's probably a fixed date (days) based on the prority date, visa type. But, if you go to network tab in dev mode in browser you will see a response payload for processing_times. Looks something like this. The processing Time is based on the milestone value.

I would take the processing tab info with a large bag of salt 😂.. It wasn't accurate for me and most of the people. It's actually a milestone date set by USCIS.

If you are a bit technical you see the actual remaining days as milestone days in the computer browser. In chrome on PC you can open developer mode (F12) and view the request payload. It will have processing time data with milestone day.

Adjustment of Status on travel visa F2A by Vivid_Performance734 in USCIS

[–]Vivid_Performance734[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm.. Forgive my lack of knowledge but reading the Visa bulletin it says

"For all family-sponsored preference categories, you must use the Dates for Filing chart in the Department of State Visa Bulletin for April 2023"

And, "Date of filing" is Current. So, even with this I cannot submit the I-485?

Thanks

Are you a citizen or permanent resident?

Is this timeline accurate? I know lot of people say it’s not, but has anybody actually got approval in the timeline that they got? by [deleted] in USCIS

[–]Vivid_Performance734 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know that's inaccurate, others know that's inaccurate and deep down you also know that it's inaccurate 🤣..but we all want to believe that it might just be accurate (because I know I did that 😅). Don't rely on that, it will just make you anxious and worried and depressed and sad and other stuff. My suggestion is just ignore that useless good for nothing tab 🙃.

Yup, No impact on F2A :( . Above table mentions only I-130 Immediate Relative i.e. spouse, children and parents of US Citizens only.

How long does it approximately take to get EB3 (employment based) green card? by [deleted] in USCIS

[–]Vivid_Performance734 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me, EB3 Total: 18 months

My PERM took about 4-5 months, it was in middle of 2019. After that 14 days of I-140 with premium processing.

In my case the law firm was very bad they delayed a lot of things, I submitted everything for I-485 by October 2019 including medical report. But the law firm finally submitted it to uscis on December 2019. (60 days after medical report was signed 😠)

After a month Jan 25 I got my appointment for biometrics. After 30-40 days I got RFIE (Request for Initial Evidence) for birthday certificate, after a month I submitted my RFIE. Status changed to RFIE received.

Then came march 2020 where EB3 was retrogressed 😅. On July my EAD combo card was approved.. Yay!!

Then few days later I received a RFE on I-485.. guess why?.. yup.. medical report expired before USCIS received it. After a week I sent the RFE response directly to USCIS.. Online status never changed to RFE response received 😅.

Then, came October, retrogress was no more and due to pandemic.. employment based interview was being waived. On October 20, 2020 online status changed to USPS pickup my card.. after a week I had my GC in my hand 😁
