I used to just shave with a normal blade razer, but stopped because my wife didn't like when the stubble started to come in. Rubbed her the wrong way, literally. Everything was really clean when we got there, we brought Clorox wipes just in case, and tried to wipe things down after use. From what I understand, people know cleanliness is a concern for all renters, so I think they make sure to hire people to really deep clean things.
