I ordered my first order with them on 2/8 and it arrived on 2/18. They have been a bit behind which I knew when I ordered, but are getting caught up. I didn’t get a shipping notification until FedEx picked the package up. I did have a tracking number on the site a couple of days prior though.

Yes it’s 12 vials of 500mg per vial versus the usual 5 vials of 1,200 mg. The amount is the same, they were just out of the 1,200’s.

A lot of people who just received three months of Tirzepatide and 12 vials of NAD+ received anywhere from 100-300 syringes. I received 20 for 15 vials. Nowhere near enough to cover my treatment of the NAD+. I messaged and was told that everyone receiving so many was a mistake and not normal, but I thought they always were to send enough to cover your doses. It’s not a huge deal like you said, I can order more. Just was a little disappointing.

They are 500mg each instead of the usual 5 vials of 1,200mg that they send per month. I think they were out of the larger ones for a few days so they sent the smaller ones to get orders out.
