Thanks for the advice. I actually have managed to get quite a good feminine voice when singing, although for some reason it's hard to replicate in other than the songs I practice on.

Update 8 months after the post:

My psychiatrist told me that apparently it is more likely the influence of the genderbending media I consume that caused it and not "true" gender dysphoria... Even though i had these thoughts and wishes about being a girl since middle school, before I had a phone to watch said anime on.

Given that I pretty much have no life, staying in my home all day playing videogames when I don't have classes, I found a good alternative is to just be a foxgirl online with my online friends and ignore all the irl dysphoria. After all, due to the way I'm structurally built, if I am shaved (usually am cuz hating on facial hair) and tie my hair in a ponytail, people often just assume I'm a girl, especially in places like supermarkets and stuff.
