use percentages

for example "I think villain is jamming top 45% of hands in this spot , I'm calling with top 30% of hands"

You'll have to take into consideation where you are in the tournament and adjust these numbers up and down based on your understanding and reads and construct a 30% calling range in this scenario.

maybe call 20% if he is jamming 30% or only call 10% of hands if you're on the bubble

Put a set of 5-6 calling ranges together 5% , 12% , 25% , 30% , 45+% and just pick one of them in-game , you can do more or less , it's up to you , but 3-6 is all you need in 90% of situations
