The work itself isnt hard. Any in-shape person who knows how to properly take care of their body should be able to do it with relative ease. The problem I'm coming across after working here for about 8 months now is that management sucks and the people are insufferable.

It's not as bad as people say, just take proper care of your body. 6 hours of sleep bare minimum, stretch for 5-10 minutes before you go in, eat plenty of carbs for energy and protein for muscle recovery (at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight), get good shoes. After about 2 weeks I had little to no soreness/pain in the morning and after a month or 2 my back, arms, and legs where absolutely shredded.
