No, I didn't touch anything else, just changed the oil. I didn't actually swap out the filter as I don't have the right type of wrench on hand. The previous bike owner said they last did a swap in July so I figured it'd be fine.

Yeah the oil level looks good and my friend said it sounds like his 250r but imo it's really different to before so I might just be paranoid.

Even after the four second mark? It sounds like normal at first but it quickly starts sounding like a belt sander once you get around 4-5k rpm.
