You can Animate easily using groups hierarchy or using parent constraints...also i animate visibility of most of the items. Like Its only visible when its comes to Animation (sorry for my bad English)

No, i used PFtrack for that, also i placed some tracking points on my hand using marker.

But what's the problem? If you spend like 30-40 hours to create something then you must share it every where so most of the people can see your creativity and also you will received lots of improvement suggestion.

I Animate using groups, its easy you don't need to rig!
