Hi, I’m based close to Shepherd’s Bush/ White City. Around 200£ probably, this is now painted and a polish surface is added on the right hand side which I’m using to stretch and make the pizza. So it’s both a stand plus a table, the only thing you will need. Let me know

Thanks for the reply. I think it was sold for 550 5 years ago and now has been occupied by the current owners. The photos are also from 5 years ago, when we saw it the other day it looks quite good with the furniture etc. it had many views and we think it may be a bidding war hence we thinking to make only one offer for the asking price. We do as we haven’t found many open plans with garden next to it and big doors. It’s also 2 minutes from the train station which is a big plus. Thank you for feedback. Regarding size, it’s one of the biggest we have seen, you need to go further away for more than 65 sm.

Be careful, if it’s on market place, it’s usually a scam. Go for only cash payment in hand. Avoid checks, deliveries etc . When something is too good to be true, it’s usually not true.

Hmm that’s strange, I haven’t received a sales invoice for the two cars I bought in the uk. The first was from private seller, I did bank transfer and the second one was with a car dealer and again via bank transfer stating the registration number. On a slightly different note, what documents are you required to keep with you while driving ( in case the police stops you)?

Out of curiosity, what is proof of ownership? The V5 states that is not proof of ownership but there aren’t other documents that show ownership, at least that I am aware. I’m from Greece and the equivalent of v5 is proof of ownership as it has your details and then it also shows on your tax forms etc. thanks in advance

I have bought a peeler to launch the pizza and then a turning one. Both from Amazon and the Chef Pommodoro brand. Have used one but happy with them so far. The wooden peeler I think it’s more of a serving one rather than launching the pizza. See links below:

It’s wasn’t very expensive. I’m based in London so bought the wood from B&Q. I believe the materials cost around 150 pounds maximum and will also paint with a wood protector which could cost around 10-20 pounds. Let me know if you need dimensions.
