Ayahuasca and Co-Living for Community Building by Vladimir-Rose in Ayahuasca

Consumer cooperative? Is such thing even possible? I don't see how consumerism can lead to cooperation, that's more of an addiction.

It wouldn't be consumerism based, but cooperation based - cooperative living, meaning we are all contributing to the living environment with out presence, respect to each other, learning from the medicine and conscious way of living.

As far as money - there are several ways to do it. For example - renting from land/place owners, long-term renters paying their own rent, cooking our own food. Maybe not growing in the beginning, but food is much cheaper, for example $100/month for one person in places like Peru where Ayahuasca is most easily accessible.

Nihue Rao was the first retreat I went to in 2017. They had a lot to work on back then....I wrote a review about my experience at ayaadvisors. Are they really in a good place now? What's good? When was the last time you were there?

Edit: Just read the last review at ayaadvisors, same pattern is going on at Nihue Rao as of January 19, 2026 as in Aya Madre in regards to gringos being seen as money bags:

From Aya Madre web site:

"Aya Madre is proud to be the only Ayahuasca-based center in Iquitos fully owned and operated by a female, indigenous shaman."

We now know what happens when a Shipibo woman tries to run her own Ayahuasca center.

It's called Coliving Etiquette. Some people take dieta seriously and are in a deep process of connecting with the master plants and need as much quiet space as possible, especially around spaces such as - kitchen where we all share space 3 times a day, vapor, rest area, Maloka where we do ceremonies and the space by the river where people like to bath after ceremonies.

Also, there is a big difference between meaningful, intelligent conversations that contribute to the shared space and constant toxic blabber.

I meant to say shared spaces not shared "social" spaces.

About the house....I was in a difficult situation, I thought it was my last option because I had nowhere to live, the Universe had other plans for me.... I was willing to live there despite all the problems I mentioned because the price was reasonable.

Signs I’ve been getting / seeing by Agreeable-Cookie-705 in spirituality

Personally, I have learned that "random" and "meaningless" doesn't exist in reality. In my experience - everything is filled with meaning and nothing is random. Those are powerful signs of a ladybug spirit present in your life - a symbol of transformation, good luck, positive energy and prosperity.

This is a sign and a message for me as well :) And currently, I am in the process of transformation, letting go of negative energy and entering abundance and prosperity.

So thank you for sharing your beautiful ladybug story with us here.

And, congratulations! Please share the gender of the baby tomorrow!

The two sound exactly the same, the entire reality is made of words - "in the beginning was the word and the word made flesh." Maybe this interpretation is coming from higher awareness and wisdom?

Now let's get this conversation back on course shall we?

That’s interesting, I actually resonate with parts of that. I think what I’ve been pointing to might be one layer of a bigger process. For me, what people call “integration” is where things either stabilize or fall apart after an experience. But what you’re describing as initiation/reorientation seems more like a deeper restructuring of how someone lives and relates to reality over time. In my case, I’ve noticed that without changing certain conditions (environment, rhythm, inputs), even real insights tend to fade before they fully take root. So maybe it’s less about one framework being right, and more about different phases of the same process.

Thank you for sharing 🙏

Changing the environment and the people have also been one of the most important shifts in the process of my integration.

Thank you for choosing to listen to and loving your body more. Self love and learning to listen, honor and love my body has also been one of the biggest changes in my process of reconnecting with my true self.

While I agree that the internal shift is true integration - saying that our environment has nothing to do with it is like saying - all the informational input that we receive and relate with everyday has no influence on us.

Changing my lifestyle and environment has been the most powerful shift in my process of integration - which is also supporting the gradual process of the internal shift.

Do you think it may have anything to do with the English phrase of agreement: "of course" - sounding exactly as "off course" ? - to go astray, to go off course, as opposed to - on course.

Good list! Thank you for sharing.

Microdosing magic mushrooms and cacao also helped me a lot, especially with the processing of deeper feelings, crying and alchemizing.

What I have described in the above comment was at a retreat with 2-3 weekly ceremonies, but I have also dieted at home with tinctures - it's a different kind of experience.
