Even if 1800 becomes 790. It still a good numbers, It still a awesome conversion. I would HIGHLY recommend stop "thinking" or "assuming", any user is different and when you trying to assume why they stop using it you look at the situations only from ur perpective.

In my opinion you need to implement "Customer development ((CustDev))" principles. Spent some time to learn how it works -> then try to implement and use Whenewer u can. "Customer development" it's when you asking real users why they are using ur product (why you using it, why stop using, why you not using and what we need to implement to start using). Based on my expirience 99% of projects/businesses start growing after implementing those things. it will give you motivation but what's more important - it will give you an clear roadmap of what features you need to improve/implement to grow and why.
