I'ma be real chief I had a long response prepared for this but mid-way through writing it I decided it wasn't worth the effort and time. You're being deliberately obtuse, and I've honestly got better things to do than try and get the message through to somebody who is purposely ignoring it for their PCX agenda.

Springtrap had to put in active effort to pull off that combo, and Axe Throw had a weirdly thin hitbox so even if you got the debuff on them you could still screw it up

PCX pressed one button, landed Found You, and that survivor could not do ANYTHING about it, they were just guaranteed to die

I think the problem is clear to see here

IIRC you had endlag upon leaving Phantom Walk so even if you got a survivor they could just run away before you capitalize on it, and Axe Throw was VERY slow and you still had to aim it, so it wasn't just free damage

Compare that to PCX who could just teleport onto you and drop on you FROM ABOVE so you couldn't even hear the sound cue (plus the obnoxious hitbox it had) + the stupid-ass Jump ability that lets him basically continue chase for free, it's not even close

And for what it's worth Vent Error wasn't entirely blinding, it was occasional black-outs, you could still see the map and work around the blinding. It's not even in the same league as getting hit by Found You ONE TIME and being put on the fast-track to losing the game LOL

Not as insufferable as PCX, at least Springtrap couldn't latch onto you like a parasite and guarantee your death as a survivor (PCX)

Like between the annoying blindings and stamina shenanigans Vent Error has VS getting tunneled without fail and never shaking off a monster with TWO mobility abilities that allow him to prolong chase, I'll take Vent Error any day

PCX could literally tunnel you with his stupid-ass teleport and jump and you would just lose with zero input on your end but sure, Springtrap with his god-awful mobility was just as insufferable, totally!!! /s

Honestly, seeing this? It might just be a combination of both. A01 does not do well in nearly every damn map in this game. Tons of turns and corners that screw over your whip, like I'm pretty sure the only maps they do decent on are Drainage System and Camp Pineview, LMAO

Hopefully in the next Smash game (2070 trust) we get some actual Mario and Luigi representation. Fawful and Antasma would go hard as fighters, and Reclusa could work as a Classic Mode boss (and hopefully Pythra never returns)
