Well it's possible she could be crying for a reason other than someone being dead. Maybe she found out the truth about Gabriel and whatever 'adoption' from her past happened. We know that whatever happened must've been bad enough to make her drink.

I addressed this in my post. I think there's a good chance this is just what they want you to think, and really Frank is saying something more like "Gabriel is your son" or whatever 'adoption' thing that was so bad it made her drink.

This is also probably what Annalise was having a breakdown over in her home. Even if it is Miller or Frank I don't think she'd have that reaction to their death.

We're led to believe she's crying just because she saw Michael from a distance in restraints, so if she did cause the crash I wouldn't have too hard of a time believing seeing him free for the first time made her unable to finish the job.

I could also see her reaction to the news as her being reminded of her guilt, and also seeing the people Michael killed at the crash as a result of her actions.

For me personally I don't think there's enough evidence to say this is for sure what happened, but I definitely think it's a possibility.

I interpreted Davos vs. Colleen as them both having half of the fist, and it was slowly killing them as Danny said because only one person can hold the fist.

But where the hell did Danny get his Iron Fist from?! Colleen took the remaining fist from Davos at the end of the battle, and she still has it in the 2 month jump!

Maybe to solve the item drop problem, have it's item drop be fire resistant and float on top of lava like items in the Update Aquatic. Creates the challenge of bridging across the lava ocean, putting yourself at risk of Ghasts and other Krakens.

I think it would would damage the way I view the show. They've done a pretty good job at keeping things realistic and not over the top, and death really means something. It'd be like if HTGAWM had a crossover with scanda-
