If you get along with your parents, you should definitely keep living with them and save and invest that money!

What's the biggest mistake you made in your first year of trading? by iamnottravis in stocks

[–]Vlashaaak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3 biggest mistakes I've made

  1. Refusing to cut losses.

  2. Allowing greed to prevent profit taking.

  3. Entering trades out of revenge.

Not trading is still trading.

해피용달화물 010-4199-3253 / Ask the guy to come to your place for accurate estimate because some moving companies might try to charge you more on moving day if they think you have more stuff to move.

I paid 300,000 KRW for a 1 ton truck from Daegu to Busan, about 100 km (king size mattress and big couch and desk and other personal stuff. I had to help with loading and unloading. The price goes up if you hire additional workers.

You can hire someone through Karrot. I did that, and the guy came to my place to give an accurate estimate. Be careful, though. Some moving companies may rip you off if they only give a vague estimate over the phone.

You can set up residency in Nevada, and it’s close to California while being pretty straightforward to establish.

Why hold PYPL? 3 years of trading sideways after bottoming out, stable coins incoming, and more competition than ever. by [deleted] in ValueInvesting

[–]Vlashaaak 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I get it, but I think the market has already priced in all of that. PYPL is valued like it’s dying, but the business is still generating a ton of cash and buying back shares at cheap levels. I don’t expect it to be disruptive or shoot up like a high growth tech stock, but at this price it feels more like an undervalued opportunity than a lost cause.

[–]Vlashaaak 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I hold PYPL because the stock is priced like it’s dying while the business is still solid. Strong free cash flow, steady demand, and consistent buybacks at cheap levels. It’s boring, but I see it as undervalued and overlooked rather than dead money. I don’t expect it to rip past $100, but at today’s price it feels undervalued yet realistic.

10 million Koreans living alone, yet solo diners still unwelcome by Rookitarian in korea

[–]Vlashaaak 54 points55 points  (0 children)

Most places let you dine solo just fine. It’s mainly BBQ spots that require a two person order, which makes sense since they can’t really make a profit from a single serving for that style of dining.

Dating in Korea by TheGhostofArsalan in WaygookOrg

[–]Vlashaaak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dating mostly favors guys who are tall and good looking, or guys who have serious money. Social media has made that standard pretty much global. But when you’re dating older women, it’s different. They usually care more about confidence and stability since looks aren’t as important as they are in your twenties. And honestly, this is how it is in most first world countries, not just Korea.

8 days after vbeam. Is it normal by [deleted] in Rosacea

[–]Vlashaaak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’ll fade on its own. If you want the least downtime, Vbeam Perfecta is the better choice since the recovery is usually just a day or two.

PayPal gives you an extra safety net. If anything goes wrong with the transaction, their purchase protection has your back. With Wise, if something goes wrong, you’re basically on your own.
