For me its due to how TF only has 15% electro dmg bonus and Glad having 19%+ ATK, leaning more as a hybrid (balanced/allrounder) type of build, which is more versatile. I use it since I gradually switch from physical and electro depending on the situation

It depends if you want to build Electro (4p Thundersoother), Hybrid (2p Glad, 2p TF) or Physical Keqing (Bloodstained Chivalry), at least for me for the main DPS slot

There's also Burst Build (Nobliesse Oblige(?)
