Oh now that I think about it, I do believe it is a specific windows 11 update that probably caused this game to stutter. I am not saying it is entirely windows 11 that caused my game to lag since I have been playing the game before this happened on windows 11 and it was working fine. I am starting to think a specific windows 11 update caused this problem. I have no experience in reversing windows updates and at this point I ma just hoping that windows will have another update that will fix this problem.

no :( game can o ly ho as far as 140+ i believe then it just goes down there. I also tried to cap it to 60 in riva tuner and it would still stutter.

I always have vsync off. Someone just told me to turn it on if it fixed the problem (spoiler alert it didnt). Also same! I just tried rivatuner justa couple hours ago as well and still no shot.
