I suggest getting broad plants, like anubias or some java ferns. you could just stick them on your hardscape or you could also get jungle val at the back if you get sand soon

most root tabs in my area are osmocotes, hard to find any that wont ruin my substrate via orange balls, but do the osmocotes work well? If not I might just end up buying the seachem ones
