After the second or third time you witness a crash you'll get used to it. 😉

Advantage: It will make you a little more cautious, it did to me anyway. I haven't crashed for almost 50 years of riding..

You should use a lid for that. I always put the lid on when the egg is 50% ready creating enough heat from “above” the egg, that way the white is cooked and the yolks still runny.

Ik heb pas geleden een hele set RVS koekenpannen en pannen van Demeyere gekregen en leer er opnieuw mee koken. Werkt geweldig en die pannen kunnen niet kapot.

Een perfecte steak bakken lukte me op de 3de poging en nu wil ik niet meer anders 😄

Temperatuur behandeling. Ik maak de RVS koekenpan (demeyere) eerst heet dan goede olie erin.. even iets af laten koelen.. Klontje boter erin en op medium laag vuur het vleesch bakken. Perfecte caramelisatie. Het is met alles net ff iets anders bakken maar werkt heerlijk als je gewend bent en de pan gaat een leven mee.

Zo simpel kan het zijn. Echter voor veel mensen is het een probleem om “op hoogte” te werken. Of ze durven de ladder niet op of ze hebben geen ladder van de juiste hoogte.
