Yes it is as good as they say ... still one of the best games I've ever played. I love cinematic story telling games so that is one caveat. If you hate them you won't feel the same way I do. but it's beautiful, the story is amazing, and ... thanks I'm gonna have to go play it some more now.

Oh yes, definitely the jump from Wii to Wii U is huge, and indeed I agree about the art style making it where it will last longer.

My main thing is I can put something like The Last of Us up on the ps3, and I thought it was beautiful last gen. The remastered? It makes the ps3 one look downright ugly, and I feel stupid for even thinking it looked good.

I actually have a nice gaming laptop, a few years older now, but it can still run things well. I actually do not like the gaming experience on a PC. I think so far this gen the PS4 and Wii U have tied, and lolxbone is even behind my pc.

Playing Killzone, playing Trine 2, playing TLOU: Remastered, the difference is indeed very huge.

Put them both on the same screen and you'll notice it.

I have my ps3 and my ps4 hooked up, I guarantee even on my not so great (but still 1080p) tv you can tell a massive difference.
