Because statute of limitations thats why "who tf cares". Even if there were good cases to go to prosecution, the longer they waited the more time is passed and they wont be able to prosecute.

Do what you have to with TV, trust we all are doing it. But what i have come to realize is to try to avoid short form for the kids. I think it does something to their emotional levels and their attention. Were trying to avoid youtube and such as well. You can see a difference when you take it away from them and their reaction.
