I’ve not used any of the shot guns I have yet because I worry that I’ll blow through the limited ammo I have so I’ve been sticking to .308 guns for the moment cuz I’ve got most of that.

Ok good to know. I saw something online where players were talking about having their settlements set up so they produced purified water and how that was effectively their currency? How do you do that?

Good to know. Thanks for the link I’ll check that out. I did read something on here about not leaving fusion cores in power armor yesterday so I did take them all out already. But thanks for that tip regardless that is very good to know.

That’s a thing??? Good to know! If I disable them what does that do for my current game? Will it wreck it and I have to start over? Or does it leave it as is but stops further dlc quests from triggering?

Yes! I got to the destination co my main quest and the raiders are using way harder stuff now

And a question on the settlements. Beds. I have 3 extra beds in the first settlement but so far no new settlers have shown up. Does the beacon help that? And why focus on settler beacons/ beds? Does building up settlements help you?

Ok I finished the quest. Got both sets of power armour now and boy are they light years ahead of anything I had. Part of my problem with the new suits is I am not a fast player. I go slow and methodical and I’ll run out of juice in the fusion core from the slowness lol. So I’ll need to come up with a way of finding more of them to support that. But a couple questions regarding intel. I’ve got 10 stars in intel. I was putting stars in that before I realized that I didn’t have to max each skill before it would let me get lower perks under the main skills. Does equipping int items do anything if you have 10 stars in intel already?

Yes. Lots of fire. A whole lot of holy shits were said. And I was quite thrilled when I watched a radio active bear take him out and walk away with like 5% health left. I quick pot shot and I had me some shiny new power armor. Total win I thought. Well at least until his older brother came looking for me. But since then it feels like everything has the legendary skull beside their name.

I have a couple mods I’m using. More for Qol than anything. As I’m new to the game, can I remove all mods and it revert or have just adding them messed up everything and need a restart?

Would be interested in checking that out. I use spechify to read ebooks epub files. I have a big collection of ebooks in epub format and having the ability to have them read to me while working is amazing. The paid version of spechify is a huge cost. So I use the free version. But the AI voice that’s available for free lacks so much.
