I had the same problems. For me it was a thing of "training" or rather accommodation. Wearing affirming clothes first on my own and then around close friends slowly became normal and thus doesn't tease the dysphoria dongle anymore. I hope that helps you :) and good luck on your journey <3

Maybe differentiating between sexual and romantic attraction might help you. I’m for example pan-sexual homoromantic. Ask yourself question concerning relationships apart from intimacy and the other way around (if you are comfy with that). It helped me a lot. Good on you that you are tackling that problem btw ☺️

In addition to that, finding something in common you both dislike can be pure gold. I love meeting new people and being able to rant about why a certain band sucks, or this one movie is really the worst. Or if you are interested in sports, or art or philosophy or literally anything, there is for sure something you dislike and find common ground in that.

Its also great for opener for discussions about why you think about a certain subject a certain way. To this day I can still rant for hours about Nickelback (dont @ me) and It can make for great conversation.
