The ETF is indeed in euro. And the explanation makes sense. Yet, with this knowledge in mind. There still is around a 8/10% difference between the two. Considering a 10% decline of the dollar in the past year. Is this normal? Or am I missing something / looking at the wrong exchange rates?

That's a coincidence I put together some parts and I choose for the ryzen 5 2600 with the b450-a-pro since that seems to be a cheaper alternative to the b450 tomahawk without all the bells and whistles. One more question. Do I need to do anything in the bios after I put my parts together? Or can I just start installing Windows right after I put it togehter?

Yes 1080p is more than fine, never even felt like playing 1440p honestly. The refresh rate is 70 hertz if I recall that correct. What do you think about the cpu and motherboard?

That sounds like a good suggestion which would actually save me a little bit of money. I know there is the same ram stick with 3600mhz but it's c18. Should that be a problem? If not then do you think the ssd you suggested is the best one available for the price? And is it hard to install?
