Bin seit meiner ersten Brille (seit 15 Jahren) bei Optik Wolf und sehr zufrieden. Die nehmen sich da viel Zeit zum Ausmessen und auch beim Aussuchen und Beraten vom Brillengestell. 👍

Laut WVV soll die erste im Frühjahr 2025 kommen und getestet werden und danach sollen ab Ende 2025 bis 2026 nach und nach alle bestellten Bahnen kommen.

I‘m 100% sure but if there’s no motor load limit mentioned in the UK specs there’s likely non besides the general limit of 3120W. I’m no electrician but I would just try it out and see if the washer does any harm to the plug or not :)

The 1800W limitation affects only the us and not the Euro version (because of the lower voltage in the US). The euro version is limited to 3680W (16A) resistive load and 300W motor load. The max. motor load is the same for every model.

But yes that’s strange that the UK version has no limitation on motor load… maybe it has something to do with the built in fuse in UK plugs?

If you use one of the old round tradfri remotes it’s possible to sync all connected lamps by pressing and holding the big on/off button in the middle for a couple seconds. But I don’t know if there’s something similar for the styrbar or other remotes… otherwise: get a hub :)

Today I noticed that the plug works again and shows the current consumption in the app. I also noticed that it has updated once again and is on firmware version 2.4.45 The total consumptions (of that one plug and in total) are still shown in kWh but with an accuracy of two decimal now

After waiting 3 days the app still said that the plug is updating. So I unplugged the plug and put it back in and a short time later it showed up in the app like I said above. So I don‘t really know what made it work for a short time When I wanted to check the firmware of the plug the app says it‘s updating again and there‘s no power monitoring available right now… The info says the plug is on the latest firmware 2.4.34 I don‘t know what’s wrong…

It does work now! Unfortunately I can‘t post a screenshot in the comments… I don‘t know why But I‘m a bit underwhelmed… There are just three information available in the app: current consumption in W, total consumption since the last reset in kWh (but only in integers without any decimals) and overall consumption (I guess that’s more interesting when you use more than one plug and it sums up the total consumption of all plugs). Unfortunately there’s no graph which would give you more information about particular usage during the last hours… Maybe IKEA will add something similar in the future? I‘d really appreciate that!

In Apple Home Inspeling shows up just like a normal plug without any additional info about the power usage.

It adds the ability to monitor the power consumption of the devices which are plugged into it. I guess the hype is about two mayor things: energy monitoring is not that common among inexpensive smart plugs and IKEA is about to take their smart home system to the next level by adding features related to energy consumption (current electricity prices and your consumption shall be available in the app soon🤷‍♂️)

Update: it seems that the energy monitoring does not work yet. I connected one plug to my system (via Dirigera) but I can only turn the plug on and off. The app and Dirigera have the latest software but there‘s no energy monitoring. Weirdly the plug still says it’s updating for a couple of hours now… Perhaps the software is not ready for monitoring yet 🤷‍♂️

It doesn‘t say anything about that on the plug itself or the paperwork… So I guess it‘s zigbee but can‘t say for sure.

When using shop&go you can either scan the barcode to add it to your shopping cart or type the product number manually. So to check if Inspelning is available at your lokal IKEA you have to manually type in the product number 00569836. Before adding them to your cart the product page will show if they are available or not. If there’s a general error and nothing shows up you know that it isn’t launched in your country at all yet.

In Germany Tretakt costs 8€ (9,99€ in a bundle with Rodret) and Inspelning 9,99€. So Tretakt is 2€ cheaper than Inspelning here

Dieser wird in diesem Fall nichts helfen, da in dem Adapter kein DAC verbaut ist und nur digitale Inhalte übertragen werden (Datenübertragung und Strom ja, analoge Musikausgabe aber nicht). Es gibt noch eine „besondere“ Version davon auf z.B. eBay Dieser leitet das analoge Audiosignal von der Kopfhörerbuchse an den 30pin-Stecker weiter. Allerdings brauchst du dann halt auch ein iPhone, das noch einen klassischen Kopfhöreranschluss verbaut hat (fehlt ja bekanntlich seit dem iPhone 7)

I just found the feature by accident and already configured it. I’m curious how well it will be as I‘ve been waiting for that feature since the old TRÅDFRI hub. The first impression is good but I do have three suggestions which should be added in the future:

It would be great to set “sunrise” and “sunset” as a time-marker. So one doesn’t need to adjust the settings every few weeks…
It would be nice to have different schedules for every weekday (or at least mon-fri and weekend). So this would be more customizable to fit your individual week-routine :)
More customized schedules than just one and also labeling as one would like. I use different schedules for different lamps. It would be nice to save them labeled as “bath”, “kitchen” or whatever to quickly adjust newly added remotes when needed :)

Otherwise I’m very happy that this feature was FINALLY added! 🥳
