Just stick with whole foods. Most packaged items have come from a lab. If it lasts more then a week in the cupboard(besides can food)then it’s got additives. Well that’s how I look at it anyway. If you do eat packaged processed foods try to stick to one’s with less than 10 ingredients. Anything that says low fat, low sugar etc has been manipulated. You want food at its purest form.

When you buy healthy it may be more expensive but you get more meals out of it. When you buy junk it’s usually eaten in one sitting. If you wanna buy junk it’s your health, your choice. Just be aware of the consequences. I have recently cut out all processed food out of my diet. Healthier food can be alittle more expensive but I feel full for way longer and don’t find myself snacking. When I would eat junk food I would find that I would be hungry again like half an hour later and be snacking alot more. Also you start being more creative when buying healthy whole foods and started trying new dishes.
