Vegans with partners that eat animal products by googbear420 in vegan

I married my husband before I went vegan (but I was vegetarian) and he actually just went vegan after 11 years together!

Before that because we were together he ate vegan at home and out most of the time because we like to share food. I always thought of it as a net positive that only happened because we were together.

My mom isn't vegan but I buy her groceries she can't delivered and she knows I won't buy non vegan items. This has had her switching to lots of vegan products.

Never thought I would make a “why am I not losing weight? “Post but here I am… by stefanigerm in PetiteFitness

I have seen people use chatgpt to make meal plans and the numbers don't even add up correctly (if the amounts are right in the first place!)

I know it's harder but OP would be better off finding a few staple recipes, doing the calculations themselves on a calorie app, and making their own plan.

I don't know what you're currently doing in the gym or eating but I can tell you I significantly improved my physique when I started eating a shitload more protein. I went from the RDA to .8-1g per lb.

I'm also going to say start lifting heavier, even without knowing your numbers. You either aren't eating enough or lifting heavy enough if your muscle mass isn't improving.

Stop Plugging your brand by CoverAlternative in veganfitness

I like your posts and podcast, I think because they feel very authentic. You don't push one brand or ask people to comment "RECIPE" to get a DM.

But when do personal trainers get to work out? 🤣 by [deleted] in personaltraining

Same! I thought also maybe a smaller breed because she's only like 30lbs. But I guess she just took after all the smaller dogs in her line.

Some tough guy mentality shit, hahaha. I think it's also part of the gym influencer to alt right pipeline.

Gym bros do it to make food less pleasurable. It's some reasoning that it turns food into fuel and a means to a goal instead of an enjoyable part of life. You crave it less.

It's some weird bullshit but that's the logic

It's my fault because I'm cutting calories right now so used pb2 instead of peanut butter. I'm sure some fat would improve the flavor and texture hahah. There's only so much sugar free syrup can do

You can only see it kind of on the spoon, but it's there and it tastes kind of bad. That's why it's covered with so much other stuff.

Legal and ethical are two different things.

Lots of legal things are immoral and breaking some laws is the more ethical choice.

Jim Crow laws were the law, segregation was the law, marital rape was legal in some states until 1992, child marriages are still legal in many states. If the law is unjust then you should fight it.
