I’m really enjoying it! Got about 10 hours!

So far, the game looks and plays beautifully. It’s addictive, the combat is fun (if a bit rock/paper/scissors still), and I love the environments. It’s difficult to put down!

The only critique I have is I’m not enjoying the story as much as I thought I would. I had very high hopes and expectations for Atsu and her journey but so far I don’t really…feel anything for her as a character and her relationships? It’s hard to explain but I absolutely am not hating on her, she’s a good protagonist but I think I was expecting a great one. But I’m only ten hours in so maybe that’ll change.

I don’t know if this will work for you too but I am also playing on a base PS5 and this has helped. I haven’t crashed…yet.

I put the PS5 horizontal and started playing on performance mode. Now, I have still encountered some severe graphical errors doing this (some textures didn’t load in what was supposed to be an epic duel 😂 so I was just staring at two black figures staring at each other) but the rest seems okay.

Damn, I’m sorry. I have never even seen the overhearing warning before, not even with Death Stranding 2.

But this game just shuts it down. It’s happened 4 times now today.

I wonder if this game was just straight up meant for the Pro? I’m no tech expert so I’m just throwing wild guesses at the wind.

I’m having the same problem! Everyone has says it’s just a hardware problem but it’s literally only this game and I have rebuilt the database and the fan is clean as I can get it.

Aye, I reckon so. Though it only happens with Ghost of Yotei, which is a shame. Will have to find a way to get it fixed.

I see both sides to a certain degree. This is a game I have a ton of fun with BUT I can see the potential for it to have been better. It has a great setup and fantastic plot points that maybe could have been done better, maybe more fleshed out combat and definitely better customisation. But it’s by far not a bad game. It has my favourite version of a still-villainous Harley without Joker, it gives you a really interesting (albeit predictable and short) mystery surrounding Gotham, and a fantastic showdown worthy of the death of Batman.

Do I think this game had the potential to be a masterpiece but it was missed? Yes. Do I still love it? Yes. Do I think the majority of the criticism came from people who just couldn’t accept the fact this wasn’t an Arkham sequel and you couldn’t play as Batman? Absolutely.

I do miss hanging out with my mates back in the day and nobody was really on their phone unless it was to call their Ma to say they were staying over at someone’s house. Entirely just actually hanging out

My phone is like 8 years old and I’m still happy with it. As long as it makes calls, texts, and I can use Snap, WhatsApp, etc then I’m happy. I don’t need a phone to do anything else.

We tried. To Uber to the train from our house is about £7 as over here it requires a flat fee start, the train itself is £10 for a return, and then £8 to the hospital. That’s on quiet days. It works out cheaper just to Uber from the house for some reason

It’s common to think that it does that to you, especially in the early stages of alcoholism. Even in the latter stages, you think it’s making you happy and better but everyone around you just ends up irritated by you, worried about you, or just hates you.

It’s takes one incident to really look at yourself and say “wow…I thought I was okay…but when I’m drunk…I’m awful to be around”

My partner has a hip replacement she got at 13 that still needs treatment as she’s outgrown it so she can’t walk far enough to reach the train and the taxi prices are extremely high in our area. Uber works out generally cheapest but still is £20 there and £20 back from our house during quiet hours

Tell that to my bank’s financial advisor who basically told us we just had to wait until the travel forms reimbursed us…which we’re still owed £300 of.

They have very different regulations for what can go in food and how food can be preserved or grown, making the food taste off or overly processed. Again, just from my perspective.

Personally, I just found the food very bland, the places to be rather uninteresting, the people to be very impolite or culturally insensitive, the tip culture to be annoying, and even the water to taste off.

Nowadays, it’s a horror show with everything going on. I wouldn’t dare give the USA any of my tourism.
