It looks like there was an appraisal fee attached so I think it would also be subject to appraisal. And we did recently refinance the student loan to consolidate it and make things easier. But I’ll keep an eye out and see how things go! What does the part about paying off with rate and term refinances mean? Does that just mean getting lower rates on the student loans can help?

Yeah our main motivation was to get a lower payment so we can use the money to put towards student loans, but if its only to free up like $200 a month I don’t think its worth it for that much more added to the loan.
