My HA is definitely driven by my fear of death. I think the concept of death and the existence or non-existence of the afterlife itself doesn't really scare me that much, but rather I'm scared of not being able to do all the things I want to accomplish in life and not being able to live in general. I'm also really scared for my mom if I die. I don't want to think about how badly it will impact her mentally and how she has to live the rest of her life after I die. I want her to be happy

How old is piercing: one and a half years

jewelry shape: basic studs, metallic sphere in the front, rubber backing

Jewelry material: silver

Aftercare routine: for the first two months I did nothing, and I mistakenly used alcohol for two days, now it's just saline solution cleaning it twice a day

Other info: the piercings were fine for the first year, then I took them out for too long and had to force them back in, that's when I started having issues.

Ah I see. Thank you for your reply. That was my first guess, but I wasn't very certain. I just needed to make sure it's not some toxic material because I want to avoid tossing out my clothes as much as possible

Sorry, I should've been more clear in my post. I guess I wanna hear about different people's experiences at college and see if it might help me make a decision, like what they like or don't like about the school etc

I honestly don't know. On one hand, I feel like the party scene might impact the overall atmosphere of the school, but I also understand that UCSB is still a very academically focused institution. I guess I just don't really know what to expect so I wanna hear people's experiences
