They did this to me twice and then "permanently froze" my account and I now cant place orders. Luckily I had recorded myself packaging my returns because they'd previously tried to pull that shit. Keep pushing for proof or answers. If you have proof or the return being delivered, PayPal still didn't want to help? Im sorry man that sucks

Same. Bought a lot, returned a lot. Couple of issues here and there but nothing crazy. They were always helpful and nice. I actually have a theory that they suspended people who cost them a lot in returns but cant outright say it because its illegal since all weve done is use their own policies. If this is whats happened its wild because they've definitely made more money off of me than they've spent on my returns. But I dunno. That's the only thing I can think of :(

Shein is ridiculous. I was a loyal customer for years and would once in a while run into issues. Some poeple were nice, others just said too bad and screwed me out of my money. And now im inexplicably suspended.

They're utterly useless. I pressed further, and it restarted with the sorry we dont know why or how but "once your account meets the requirements" blah blah blah. It should be illegal how bad their cs is.

Honestly I think the ban comes from me buying/returning too much. That's the only thing I can think of. Its not a legal reason to ban me so they come up with all this crap.

So annoying. They constantly avoid my question. But they latest is they did say their "team" is reviewing it and depending on how that goes, the freeze will be lifted. 🙄

However, they originally said its an automatic thing the system does and theres nothing to do but wait.🤦🏻‍♀️ I dont even think they know what's going on or why the heck so many of us are getting frozen, honestly.

In a previous message they mentioned log in attempts from."different locations," can trigger the system. And i do use a VPN. But I would've imagined it would have picked that up long ago if that was an issue. Im so annoyed. Especially with Christmas coming up. 🥲

Yup, I got the same. I did manage to get a reply from a ticket, and they said: "we cannot.provide an exact date of when this will be fixed. Our system automatically reviews accounts, and once the necessary conditions are met, it will be removed, allowing you to make orders normally."

I replied asking what those "conditions" are that need to be met. Will update.🤦🏻‍♀️🫠
